Two more companies became residents of the Nizhny Novgorod ISTC “Quantum” Valley”
Experts have approved the applications of Smartmais LLC and Korona-Engineering LLC for resident status at the Innovative Scientific and Technological Center (ISTC) “Quantum” Valley”.
Smartmais LLC is developing a digital platform for managing corporate events at all stages. The program is designed to reduce operating costs, increase spending transparency, and accelerate business processes.
Korona-Engineering LLC is creating an intelligent remote control and telemetry system for small- and medium-capacity generator sets. This development will reduce maintenance costs, minimize downtime, and enhance the resilience of energy infrastructure.
“The products of these companies may, in the future, capture a significant share of the market in their respective fields. ISTC resident status will help them complete their projects and accelerate the launch of ready-made solutions, which will, in turn, strengthen the position of the IT industry in the region,” noted Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
“To date, 58 companies are already residents of the “Quantum” Valley”. They are developing projects in five key areas*. We are not only attracting new developers to the region but also supporting Nizhny Novgorod companies. The center's preferential terms are among the most effective instruments for supporting innovation,” emphasized Ekaterina Solntseva, Deputy Chairwoman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region serves as the management company of the “Quantum” Valley” ISTC.
“The Nizhny Novgorod ISTC is developing actively: its pool of residents is growing, and private investors are being engaged in infrastructure construction. We are creating the most favorable conditions possible for companies, enabling them to bring innovative products to market in a short time," said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Detailed information on obtaining resident status is available on the ISTC website: https://intc-nn.ru/. The center's management company and the Foundation review each application and then decide whether to grant the applicant the status of a project participant.
One of the key features of the center is a set of tax benefits for residents. For 10 years, the profit tax, property tax, and VAT will be zero, while insurance contributions will be paid at a single reduced rate.
* Companies from across the country implementing scientific and technological projects in five key areas may become residents of the “Quantum” Valley” ISTC:
