4CLIPS is a dynamically growing company specializing in the development, production and distribution of fastening and assembly solutions for the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and the agro industrial sector.

The company launched its plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2015, in the Dzerzhinsk urban district. The project was implemented with active support from the regional government, which enabled the company to launch production in the shortest possible timeframe.

Today, the company offers a wide range of products across several categories, including plastic and metal fasteners, connectors for fuel lines and cooling systems, as well as custom designed fastening and assembly solutions. In 2012, RBPI Group founded the pig breeding complex NNPP LLC in the Nizhny Novgorod region – this project laid the foundation for the group’s large‑scale presence in the region. The first pig‑breeding complex in the Vadsky district was built in 2015.

The company has consistently expanded its capacities: in 2018, a second pig‑breeding complex was launched in the Bolshemurashkinsky district, and in 2021-2022, two more pig complexes were commissioned in the Sergachsky and Ardatovsky districts.

For 20 years, the company has become the only manufacturer in Russia and the second in the world of safe petrochemical oils-plasticizers for car tires and rubbers.

Nizhpharm is one of the oldest production sites in Russia, dating back to 1919. Since 2004, it has been a part of the international pharmaceutical company STADA.

In September 2021, the grand opening of a new site for the preparation of substances took place. Investments in the project amounted to more than 2 million euros. In total, in the next few years, the STADA group plans to invest about 10 million euros in a project to localize the production of a number of medicines from its foreign production sites to the Nizhpharm plant.

Unilin is one of the key players in the Russian flooring market, producing laminate flooring under the well known Quick Step and Pergo brands. The company is part of the international Unilin Group.

In 2012, the company launched a laminate production plant in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, with an annual capacity of 7 million square meters of finished products. The Nizhny Novgorod region was chosen due to the attractive investment climate, the logistical advantages of the territory and major human resource potential. In 2019, a second production line was commissioned, increasing the total capacity to 10 million square meters of laminate per year.

Currently, the plant produces over 30 laminate collections, implements innovative solutions and continuously improves its production technologies. The finished products are supplied to all regions of Russia and the CIS countries.

AGC Bor Glassworks JSC is an avant-garde company of the glass industry in Russia, leading its history since 1934. During this period, the production of float glass was implemented, which provides increased strength, smooth surface and long service life. The next stage was the development by the enterprise of manufacturing technology of multilayer glass of the triplex system and tempered glass.

In 1997, the plant became a part of AGC Automotive Europe of AGC Inc. (Japan), which made it possible to modernize production facilities.

Today, the plant has the latest production technologies and produces a wide range of glass for the construction and automotive industries: polished glass, automotive glass, auto glass is provided with installation equipment and various systems. This is more than 300 different models of glass, more than 12 million units of automotive glass per year. Auto glass is supplied to the conveyors of 20 leading Russian car factories, export deliveries are carried out for the world's largest car manufacturers.

TK Nizhegorodsky LLC is a part of ROST Group of Companies, which is the leader of the greenhouse vegetable market. The company consists of 16 greenhouse complexes with an area of 443 hectares and 5 innovative logistics centers.

The greenhouse complex in the Nizhny Novgorod region was launched in 2021 on the territory of the city of Bor. The area of the first stage of the greenhouse complex is 17.3 hectares. Modern lighting technology, automated control of the microclimate and plant growth that ensure the growth of vegetables all year round are used in the greenhouses. The project capacity is 32.5 tons of vegetables per year, which makes it possible to increase the self-sufficiency of the region with vegetable greenhouse products. The products are supplied to retail chains of the Nizhny Novgorod region and neighboring regions.

Assistance was provided by the Government of the region during the implementation of the project. The total volume of investment amounted to more than RUB 5.3 billion. Now the enterprise employs about 300 people.

The company "Homa" is a Russian developer and manufacturer of polymer dispersions and adhesive systems. The company has been in the chemical industry market since 1998. Today, the company's scientific activities are carried out by 2 scientific, 6 research centers and 4 specialized laboratories.

The company is actively expanding its production capacity. In 2017, an investment project was launched to expand its own production in Dzerzhinsk in the Nizhny Novgorod region In 2020, the subsidiary "Homa Adhesive" became a resident of the Kulibin SEZ, which ensured a reduction in income tax rates, as well as zero rates on property, land and transport taxes. The status of a "resident" is not only new production opportunities and investment on favorable terms, but also the establishment of cooperative ties between SEZ residents.

In 2021, the company launched the first site for the production of polyurethane adhesive systems used in the construction and automotive industries, the second site for the production of aqueous adhesives was opened in June, 2022. The total amount of investments in the project is about 318 million rubles, it is planned to create 160 new jobs.

Shakhunsky Dairy Plant is an enterprise with a long tradition and extensive experience in the production of dairy products, founded in 1971 in the north of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Today, the enterprise is a part of a modern, dynamically developing agroholding "Shakhunskoe Moloko", the structure of which includes a group of agricultural enterprises and enterprises for the acceptance and processing of milk, its own trading house, a supply structure and a management company. Such an integrated approach allows you control the composition, quality and taste of natural milk, maintain the high quality of the final product.

The annual volume of processing of dairy raw materials is 106 thousand tons. The plant's assortment includes more than 100 items, and its own raw material base allows provide the plant with high-quality raw milk in a timely manner.

The enterprise is implementing a large-scale investment project, which includes the reconstruction of the existing production and new construction in Nizhny Novgorod. The volume of investments is more than 2 billion rubles. The project is being implemented with state support. The company plans are to actively invest in expanding its own production capacities and to develop the dairy industry in the region.

The company "RusSilika" is the only Russian manufacturer of environmentally friendly micronized silica gels and stable silica sols, which are in high demand in the chemical industry, paint and coatings production, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and other sectors.

In 2022, the company obtained resident status in the "Kulibin" special economic zone (SEZ) and began implementing a large-scale investment project to establish an import-substituting enterprise for the production of micronized silica gels and stable silica sols. The project includes two production lines with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons of silica gels and 6,000 tons of silica sols.

SEZ resident status enabled the company to reduce its tax burden, while support from the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the form of subsidies and assistance from the Industrial Development Fund has accelerated project implementation.

In June 2025, the plant was officially inaugurated. Total investment in the project amounted to 21 billion rubles, creating over 250 jobs. The plant's products have been included by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in the list of priority projects for the production of low- and medium-tonnage chemical products.
