Territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation started supporting 20 investment projects in the first quarter of 2026
Territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation began supporting 20 new investment projects in the first quarter of 2026.
These are enterprises in the fields of tourism, agriculture, industry and services. The total investment volume for the new projects amounts to 860 million rubles, and more than 80 jobs are expected to be created.
With the support of the territorial managers of the Development Corporation, 3 investment projects in the sports and services sectors were implemented in the municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the first 3 months of the current year. The total investment volume for these projects exceeds 275 million rubles, and 30 jobs have been created.
In addition, territorial managers held 215 face‑to‑face consultations for investors and signed 8 cooperation agreements for the implementation of investment projects in the first quarter of 2026.

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has upd ated the region’s investment map – https://newmap.nn-invest.ru/en.
The interactive regional investment map is a bilingual (Russian and English) public map of the Nizhny Novgorod Region that displays information about investment sites, real estate objects, existing advanced development territories and special economic zones, transport infrastructure, mineral resources and support measures. In addition, a cadastral map has been integrated as an additional layer.

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has launched the updated website of “Technopark H₂O”: https://technoparkh2o.ru/en.
Website visitors can familiarize themselves with the technopark’s technological and engineering infrastructure, the benefits and conditions for locating enterprises, and the benefits available to residents.
In addition, potential investors can submit an application to obtain resident status at “Technopark H₂O” directly via the website.
“A modern and user‑friendly website is now a necessity for any site working with investors. At present, the technopark still has available space for locating enterprises. Expert Council for the development of the “Kulibin” SEZ approved the project to establish production of components for surgical systems
The Expert Council for the development of the special economic zone (SEZ) “Kulibin” has supported the application of LLC “Standart NN” to obtain the resident status. The meeting was chaired by Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
“Today we have reviewed the application of a company that plans to set up production of components for an import‑substituting robotic surgical system. Companies implementing high‑tech production projects are increasingly choosing the “Kulibin” SEZ. In addition to preferential terms, the site offers a range of advantages. For instance, it provides ready-to-use industrial production facilities,” noted Egor Polyakov.
The investment volume for the new project amounts to 250 million rubles, 91 jobs will be created.

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation and the Dzerzhinsk Chemical College signed a cooperation agreement
Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, and Egor Nikitin, Director of the Dzerzhinsk Chemical College named after the Red Army, signed a cooperation agreement between the organizations. The main goal of the cooperration is to meet the staffing needs of residents of special economic zone (SEZ) “Kulibin”.
As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to train specialists and facilitate the organization of internships at SEZ enterprises.
“The Dzerzhinsk Chemical College has a wide range of competencies for training specialists needed by our SEZ residents. We have already established close cooperation with the institution in the area of career guidance for students, and the agreement signed will allow us to expand the scope of our partnership,” said Igor Ishchenko.

A universal investment proposal for creating a fish farm was developed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region
The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has developed its eighth universal – “boxed” – investment proposal. This is a project to create a fish farm.
Such proposals are projects with pre‑calculated parameters that require minimal preparatory work from a potential investor. This allows for starting the project implementation in the shortest possible time and significantly reduces its payback period.
The project involves the creation of a facility for year‑round fish farming, with the option of offering paid fishing services. Fish species proposed for breeding include carp, silver carp and grass carp.
The minimum investment volume required for the project is 16.7 million rubles. The implementation period is at least 23 months, and the payback period is 5 years.

Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, and Tatyana Razina, Director of the Kstovo Petroleum College, have signed a cooperation agreement between the organizations.

Construction of the “Technopark H₂O” on the territory of “Kulibin” SEZ was completed
The “Technopark H₂O”, located on the territory of special economic zone (SEZ) “Kulibin” in Dzerzhinsk, has received a commissioning permit.
“There are already several companies planning to become residents of the technopark. They operate in the fields of chemistry and instrument making. The companies will be provided with all the necessary infrastructure. In the long term, the technopark is expected to become one of the most modern and high‑tech development centers in the region,” noted Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Construction of two checkpoints was completed at the state site of SEZ “Kulibin” in Dzerzhinsk
The construction of two checkpoints has been completed at the state site of special economic zone (SEZ) “Kulibin” in Dzerzhinsk. The facilities are currently being equipped with video surveillance systems, as well as access control and management systems.
The state site occupies most of the total area of SEZ in Dzerzhinsk – 416 out of 724.7 ha. To date, work on gas and electricity supply networks has already been completed, while local treatment facilities and roads are nearing completion.
In addition, the construction of industrial production buildings is also underway, including the installation of utility networks, roofing, and the assembly of metal structures, reinforced concrete elements, and facade panels.

Six more companies have become residents of ISTC “Quantum” Valley”
Experts have approved applications from six companies for resident status at the innovative scientific and technological center (ISTC) “Quantum” Valley”. The event was chaired by Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
“The Nizhny Novgorod Region pays special attention to the development of the IT sector, building a full‑fledged ecosystem to support digital projects – including through the center.
