Nizhny Novgorod Land Council approved sites for a private industrial park in Dzerzhinsk
On 16 September 2026, the Council for Land and Property Relations under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of land plots for the construction of a distribution center and an industrial park in Dzerzhinsk. The projects are being implemented by the Alliance Group of Companies.
“Demand for warehouse and production premises is growing every year, and we are pleased that the business community is joining the effort to develop the region's investment infrastructure. Total investment in these projects exceeds 4 billion rubles. The total floor area of the two new distribution centers will exceed 60,000 square meters, and the premises of the industrial park will amount to 32,000 square meters,” said Artur Batursky, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
To date, the Nizhny Novgorod Region has four private industrial parks. These are the Zavolzhsky Motor Plant Industrial Park (specialization – machine building), the Oka‑Polymer Industrial Park (petrochemical industry), the Eco‑Industrial Park (recycling and waste management), and the Real‑Invest Technopark Industrial Park (chemical industry).
The Alliance company's projects are being supported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. The Corporation's specialists assisted the investor in preparing the application to the Council for Land and Property Relations for the allocation of a land plot for project implementation.
“The investor's journey in the Nizhny Novgorod Region began with our investment map. The decision to implement new projects in the region demonstrates the successful work of the region's investment team. Businesses see that they will receive assistance in resolving any issues that arise here,” emphasized Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
“During the implementation of the distribution center construction project and our market analysis, we identified an acute shortage of premises with an area of up to 3,000 square meters in the region. In this regard, a decision was made to implement two projects: the construction of the third phase of the distribution center, as well as the creation of light‑industry format facilities within the industrial park for subsequent leasing. The implementation of these projects will enable us to meet the demand from businesses for modern warehouse and production space,” noted Vladimir Nazarov, Director General of Alliance LLC.
For reference, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation was established on the initiative of Governor Gleb Nikitin. The organization facilitates the implementation of projects at all stages – from providing information about the region and possible support measures, inspecting investment sites, to commissioning the facility – while assuming obligations for interaction with executive authorities, local self‑government bodies, natural monopoly entities, and other organizations.
