A universal investment proposal for the construction of a mini bakery was developed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has developed its ninth universal investment proposal. This is a project to establish an enterprise for the production of bakery products.

The investment proposal is a project with pre‑calculated parameters and selected land plots, requiring minimal preparatory work from a potential investor. In addition, an assessment of the region’s resource base and potential sales markets for the finished products has been carried out.

The new investment proposal involves the creation of a modern mini‑bakery focused on producing baked goods from natural ingredients, with subsequent distribution via retail trade and wholesale supplies. The minimum investment volume required (equipment and premises preparation) amounts to 2.3 million rubles, with an implementation period of at least 7 months.

Investors wishing to implement such a project have access to a range of state support measures: preferential loans, investment lending and “umbrella” guarantees.

Land plots suitable for implementing the investment proposal should have an area of at least 500 sq. m and be equipped with power supply, water supply and sewage networks. Currently, specialists of the Development Corporation have selected five sites in four municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region that are suitable for establishing a mini‑bakery.

Moreover, this industry has a relatively low entry barrier, and the flexible format of our investment proposal will allow a bakery to be set up in line with the investor’s requirements.
