Three more residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Innovative Scientific and Technological Center “Quantum” Valley” granted the status of small technology companies
Three residents of the Innovative Scientific and Technological Center (ISTC) “Quantum” Valley” – ETERNO LLC, RIVERSYSTEMS LLC and NPC INTEHMASH LLC – have been included in the federal register of small technology companies (STC).
“The “Quantum” Valley” ISTC continues to confirm its status as one of the leading platforms for R&D. Inclusion in the STC register gives companies access to federal state support measures, enabling them to fully unlock the potential of their products and bring them to market in an accelerated timeframe," noted Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
ETERNO LLC is developing a hardware‑software complex that integrates a VR application, analytical modules and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. The solution is designed for psycho‑emotional correction and training in self‑regulation practices. The complex is also used for the prevention of post‑traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The target audience includes combat veterans, athletes, persons with disabilities and parents of seriously ill children.
RIVERSYSTEMS LLC is developing an AI‑powered predictive analytics and team performance evaluation platform aimed at improving corporate manageability and optimizing HR management costs.
NPC INTEHMASH LLC creates outdoor finishing materials with 3D and dynamic effects without the use of electricity or complex mechanical devices.
The management company of the “Quantum” Valley” ISTC is the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
"These companies have already proven the significance of their products by obtaining ISTC resident status, and inclusion in the STC register provides them with additional opportunities to promote and scale their developments. The enterprises are provided with all the necessary support for the successful implementation of their projects," said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
In total, the Nizhny Novgorod Region is home to more than 150 small technology companies.
It is worth noting that companies from across the country implementing scientific and technological projects in five key areas can become residents of the “Quantum” Valley” ISTC: advanced digital technologies, innovative manufacturing, components and materials, intelligent transport systems, high‑tech personalized medicine and medical device engineering, environmental protection and remediation of accumulated environmental damage.
More information on obtaining resident status is available on the ISTC website: https://intc-nn.ru/. The center's management company and the Foundation review the application and then make a decision on granting the applicant project participant status.
One of the key features of the ISTC is a range of tax incentives for residents. For a period of 10 years, corporate profit tax, property tax, and VAT will be set at zero, while insurance contributions will be paid at a single reduced rate.
