A new glamping site is being developed in the Pavlovsky district with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation

In the village of Stepankovo, Pavlovsky municipal district, an investor, with the support of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, is implementing a universal investment proposal to create a tourist complex with a glamping hotel.

The investment proposal is a project with calculated parameters and selected land plots, requiring minimal preparatory work from a potential investor.

The volume of investments in the “Solnechnaya reka” project exceeds 100 million rubles, and the creation of 10 jobs is planned. Currently, the construction of modular houses, a restaurant, and tourist infrastructure is underway.

“Tourism is one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the region, which is why a significant number of enterprises in this field are included in the portfolio of projects supported by the Corporation. Our specialists provide investors with the necessary support at all stages of project implementation, simplifying, among other things, the preparatory stage. Thus, businesses can review the universal investment proposals that contain the necessary information for establishing a specific enterprise on already selected sites. For example, to develop glamping sites, the agency’s staff have compiled a register of 63 land plots in 26 municipalities of the region,” said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

To date, the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has developed universal investment proposals for the creation of a tourist complex with a glamping hotel, a sports complex with a climbing wall, a smart modular sports complex, roadside service facilities, a tourist complex with modular houses, robotic car washes, a fish farming facility, and for adapting cultural heritage sites for hotel business within the region.

“The universal investment proposal has allowed us to significantly reduce the preparatory stage, as it already includes all the information necessary for project implementation. We are currently actively constructing new facilities and expect to open them next year. We maintain close contact with the Corporation’s representatives, who assist us with all issues that arise,” noted Gelsinya Shakirova, Director General of the company.

Territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation have been operating in the region since 2022. They assist investors implementing projects in municipalities located far from the regional center. Each manager is assigned to several districts.

Agency specialists regularly provide face-to-face consultations on investment project implementation. Large-scale cluster meetings are also held quarterly, bringing together entrepreneurs from several districts.
