Three more companies became residents of the Nizhny Novgorod innovation scientific and technological center (ISTC) “Quantum” Valley”.
Experts have approved the applications of LLC “Eterno”, LLC “PKTS “STS” and LLC “Unalome” for obtaining resident status at the innovation scientific and technological center (ISTC) “Quantum” Valley”.
LLC “Eterno” is developing virtual reality systems for psycho‑emotional correction, training in self‑regulation practices and assessing the effectiveness of psychotherapy. The target audience includes participants of the special military operation, athletes, people with disabilities and parents of seriously ill children.
LLC “PKTS “STS” is creating a platform for the automatic development of detailed design documentation for pipeline systems at nuclear power plants.
LLC “Unalome” is developing a business simulation platform that allows assessing employees’ competencies and the level of intra‑team communication.
“The projects approved today are largely breakthrough in their respective fields. They not only streamline existing practices but also introduce new solutions – for example, in providing psychological assistance. I am confident that the ISTC resident status will help the companies successfully implement their planned projects,” noted Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
In addition, experts reviewed the application of the existing ISTC resident, JSC “Silnex”, for the implementation of an additional project. The company plans to launch the production of surgical implants – sterile gels for correcting soft tissue defects.
“To date, ISTC residents are developing innovative solutions in five areas (advanced digital technologies, innovative production, components and materials, intelligent transport systems, high-tech personalized medicine, ecology and waste management). We expect that the preferential conditions of the center will enable investors to accelerate the market launch of their products and contribute to the scientific and technological development of the region and the country,” emphasized Ekaterina Solntseva, Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The meeting to evaluate the projects and further assign the status was also attended by Viktor Anisimov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Anton Garanin, Deputy Director of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and Mikhail Gryaznov, Vice‑Rector for Science and Innovation at Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod (UNN). The management company of the ISTC “Quantum” Valley” is the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
“The preferential conditions provided by the ISTC allow companies to carry out research and development in a comfortable environment, and our team’s task is to support companies throughout the entire project implementation process. Residents can be assured that they will receive comprehensive support for any issues that may arise,” said Anton Garanin.
More information on obtaining resident status can be found on the ISTC website: https://intc-nn.ru/. The center’s management company and the Fund review the application and then make a decision on granting the applicant the status of a project participant.
One of the key features of the ISTC is a range of tax benefits for residents. For 10 years, the profit tax, property tax, and VAT will be zero, while insurance contributions will be paid at a single reduced rate.
