“The ISTC “Quantum” Valley” is attracting more and more high‑tech companies. In 2025 alone, 22 enterprises implementing projects across the five main areas of the “Valley” have become residents. We expect their products to make a significant contribution to the country’s technological development,” emphasized Ekaterina Solntseva, Deputy Chairperson of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The management company of ISTC “Quantum” Valley” is the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Development Corporation. The relevant functions have been delegated to the development agency to improve the efficiency of the region’s investment infrastructure.
“The products of the companies joining the ISTC’s roster of residents are applied in numerous industries – from marketing to construction – and align with two areas of scientific and technological activity of the “Valley”: “Advanced Digital Technologies” and “Ecology”. The preferential conditions offered by the center allow residents to comfortably pursue innovative development, positioning the region as a leader in scientific and technological advancement,” said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Development Corporation.
Companies from across the country implementing scientific and technological projects in five key areas can become residents of the ISTC “Quantum” Valley”: advanced digital technologies; innovative production, components, and materials; intelligent transport systems; high‑tech personalized medicine and medical instrumentation; and ecology and remediation of accumulated environmental damage.
Applications for resident status can be submitted via the personal account on the ISTC website: https://intc-nn.ru/. The center’s managing company and the Fund review the application and then decide whether to grant the applicant project participant status.
One of the key features of the ISTC is a range of tax incentives for residents. For 10 years, the profit tax, property tax, and VAT will be zero, while insurance contributions will be paid at a single reduced rate.
