The Nizhny Novgorod Land Council approved a site for an industrial park in Dzerzhinsk
The Land and Property Relations Council under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has approved the application of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Development Corporation for the allocation of a land plot in Dzerzhinsk to establish a state‑owned industrial park.
“We are carrying out systematic work to develop the investment infrastructure. We pay special attention to the construction of industrial parks with all the necessary engineering facilities. In 2025, the region was approved for a treasury loan to build the infrastructure of an industrial park in the Volodarsky district. In total, the region plans to establish six industrial parks in various municipalities,” said Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
An industrial park covering more than 310 ha is planned to be built near the Doskino freight yard in Dzerzhinsk. The area will be provided with the necessary engineering infrastructure — water supply, wastewater disposal, gas supply, and electricity.
“At present, 15 residents plan to implement their projects within the industrial park, most of them operating in metalworking. In addition to the ready‑made infrastructure, an additional advantage for investors will be the railway line running alongside the park, which will simplify the transportation of raw materials and finished products,” noted Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Development Corporation.
Applications for land allocation can be submitted via the “Investor’s Personal Account” on the website of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The service was developed as part of the lean project “End‑to‑End Investment Flow”, which in turn is being implemented within the framework of the regional investment standard. Its goal is to accelerate the implementation timeline of investment projects and reduce the number of documents required from investors at all stages.
