More than 250 people found employment at the enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod SEZ «Kulibin» in 2025

More than 250 people found employment at the enterprises of the special economic zone «Kulibin» in Dzerzhinsk in 2025. At the moment, nine enterprises have been commissioned at the site.

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation – SEZ’s management company – has developed a comprehensive personnel support program for the site’s residents. It includes an analysis of companies’ needs, a system of interaction with educational institutions: the development of new educational programs and the adjustment of existing ones, the organization of internships and practical training for students at the resident companies, targeted training programs, the implementation of career and профориентационные projects, as well as a range of tools for promptly filling vacancies.

Over the course of the year, the Development Corporation presented career opportunities in the special economic zone and current vacancies of residents at more than 60 events, which were attended by more than 5,000 students and graduates in relevant fields of study. In addition, seven excursions to the enterprises of four residents – «RusSilika», «Homa Company», «Plastmika» and «Sintez Oka» – were organized for 85 students.

To promote employment at the SEZ «Kulibin», a dedicated community has been created on social media, and a career section is available on the site’s website. There, potential employees can learn about the working conditions in the special economic zone and open vacancies, while students can take quick tests to identify their professional preferences and career interests.

«The personnel needs of the residents of the SEZ «Kulibin» have already exceeded seven thousand people. Together with investors and educational institutions in the region, we are actively working to attract both experienced specialists and young employees to the site. Given the personnel shortage, we are paying special attention to students; to train highly qualified personnel, we are exploring the possibility of establishing specialized departments at leading regional universities in line with investors’ requirements», — noted Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
