A universal investment proposal for robotic car wash facilities was developed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has developed its seventh universal — «boxed» — investment proposal. It is a project to create robotic car wash facilities.

Such proposals are projects with pre‑calculated parameters that require minimal preparatory work from a potential investor. This allows for starting the project implementation in the shortest possible time and significantly reduces its payback period.

The project involves the creation of automated robotic car wash facilities that provide fast and eco‑friendly car washing with minimal human involvement.

Three design variations are available for placement: with one, two, and four car bays. The minimum investment required to set up a robotic car wash facility is 12.8 million rubles, with an implementation period of six months or more. The payback period is one year or more.

The advantages of such facilities include high demand for services, 24/7 operation, and the possibility of remote management of the car wash.

Requirements for the investment site are as follows: the area of one bay — 40 sq. m; electricity supply — 35 kW; water supply and sewage — at least three cubic metres per hour.

Investors wishing to implement such a project have access to a range of state support measures: loans, investment lending, and «umbrella» guarantees.

At present, five sites in four municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region have been selected for the implementation of this investment proposal. The solution can be reviewed on the region’s investment portal.

Earlier, the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation presented universal investment proposals for the creation of a tourist complex with a glamping hotel, a sports complex with a climbing wall, a smart modular sports complex, roadside service facilities, a tourist complex with modular houses, and the adaptation of cultural heritage sites for hotel business within the region.
