Construction of a major distribution center began in Dzerzhinsk

The company «Alliance‑NN» has begun construction of a distribution complex on Nizhegorodskoye Highway in Dzerzhinsk. The project is being supported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. The site for the project was selected using the region’s investment map.

«The Nizhny Novgorod Region is a powerful logistics hub due to its geographical location at the intersection of key highways. By actively developing multimodal transportation, the region strengthens its position year by year as one of the country’s key transport and logistics centers. This naturally attracts investors to implement such large‑scale projects in our region», — noted Andrey Sanosyan, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The complex will include two distribution centers with a total area of approximately 60 000 sq. m, along with a container storage area. The project’s investment volume amounts to 5.3 billion rubles, and it is expected to create more than 1 000 jobs.

«The investor found a site for the project using the region’s investment map. After that, specialists from the Corporation helped secure the site on lease, clarified the cost of connecting the facilities to engineering networks, and provided assistance in obtaining the necessary construction documentation. We will continue to support the project until the facility is commissioned», — said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.

The distribution center is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026, after which it will be used to serve one of the retailers.
