Territorial managers of the Development Corporation consulted over 400 Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs since the beginning of the year

Since the beginning of the year (over 11 months of 2025), territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation have provided consultations to 409 entrepreneurs implementing projects in the region’s municipalities — a 10 % increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Business community representatives most frequently approach territorial managers with questions related to connecting to utility networks, preparing construction documentation, selecting land plots for project implementation.

In addition, several companies received assistance in identifying organizations to help implement their projects. Support was also provided in obtaining positive conclusions from non‑state expert reviews and in finding trade partners.

Besides individual consultations, 31 meetings with the business community were held over the 11‑month period of 2025, bringing together more than 250 investors from 27 municipalities. During these events, participants were introduced to the opportunities offered by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation in supporting investment projects, current state support measures, universal investment proposals.

«Territorial managers consult an increasing number of entrepreneurs each year, which reflects growing investment activity in the municipalities. Entrepreneurs can reach out to them with any issues arising during project implementation, regardless of the enterprise’s scale», — said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.

Currently, territorial managers are supporting 196 investment projects with a total investment volume exceeding 120 billion rubles. Upon completion, these projects are expected to create over 10 000 jobs.

It should be recalled that six territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation have been operating in the region since 2022. They assist investors implementing projects in municipalities located far from the regional center. Each manager is assigned to several districts.
