Territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation launched support for 23 investment projects in Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation began supporting 23 new investment projects across 10 municipalities in the region – more than in the second quarter. These projects span tourism, agriculture, service sectors and others. The total investment volume amounts to around 4 billion rubles, with plans to create over 500 jobs.

With the support of the Development Corporation’s territorial managers, two investment projects were implemented in Nizhny Novgorod Region municipalities during Q3, with a total investment volume exceeding 192 million rubles. These include projects in agriculture and tourism.

Additionally, territorial managers conducted 174 consultations for investors and signed seven cooperation agreements for investment project implementation over the past quarter.

Such support is especially important for small and medium‑sized businesses that do not possess significant assets. Currently, territorial managers are supporting 196 investment projects with a total investment volume exceeding 120 billion rubles. Upon completion, these projects are expected to create over 10 000 jobs.

Territorial managers plan to hold a series of meetings with the business community in municipalities during the fourth quarter of this year and continue developing universal investment proposals.

It should be recalled that the Corporation has currently developed universal investment proposals – projects with pre‑calculated parameters requiring minimal preparatory work from potential investors. At present, six such proposals are available to investors:

• - creating a tourist complex with a glamping hotel;
• - developing roadside service facilities;
• - building a tourist complex with modular houses;
• - adapting cultural heritage sites for hotels;
• - establishing a sports complex with a climbing wall;
• - creating a smart sports complex.

Since 2022, six territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation have been operating in the region. They assist investors implementing projects in municipalities located far from the regional center. Each manager is assigned to several districts.
