4CLIPS is a dynamically growing company specializing in the development, production and distribution of fastening and assembly solutions for the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and the agro industrial sector.

The company launched its plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2015, in the Dzerzhinsk urban district. The project was implemented with active support from the regional government, which enabled the company to launch production in the shortest possible timeframe.

In 2012, RBPI Group founded the pig breeding complex NNPP LLC in the Nizhny Novgorod region – this project laid the foundation for the group’s large‑scale presence in the region. The first pig‑breeding complex in the Vadsky district was built in 2015.

In 2012, the company launched a laminate production plant in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, with an annual capacity of 7 million square meters of finished products. Bor Glasswork Factory JSC is a leading Russian glass manufacturer, dating back to 1934. The factory was the first in the country to master float glass production technology, producing products characterized by increased strength, a smooth surface, and a long service life. Another important milestone was the company's mastery of laminated glass technology for the triplex system and tempered glass for the automotive industry.

Until 2024, the factory was part of AGC Automotive Europe, a subsidiary of the Japanese concern AGC Inc., which enabled the modernization of its production facilities. In 2021, with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Government, the factory successfully completed an investment project to reconstruct its polished glass production line. The company is currently part of the Russian group of companies AIG – Argentum Innovation Group.

Today, the plant boasts the most advanced production technologies and produces a wide range of glass for the construction and automotive industries, including polished and frosted glass, automotive glass, and installation equipment and various systems. This includes over 300 different glass models and up to 1.5 million sets of tempered and laminated safety glass per year. The auto glass is supplied to leading Russian automobile manufacturers (GAZ, VAZ, UAZ, and others), and exports to the world's largest automakers.

TK Nizhegorodsky LLC is part of the ROST Group of Companies, a leader in the protected-ground vegetable market. The group comprises 22 greenhouse complexes in 15 regions of the country.

The greenhouse complex was launched in the Nizhny Novgorod Region in 2021 in the town of Bor. The first phase of the greenhouse complex covers 17 hectares. The project's capacity is 12,400 tons per year, increasing the region's self-sufficiency in greenhouse vegetable production. The produce is supplied to retail chains in the Nizhny Novgorod Region and neighboring regions.

The greenhouses utilize modern supplementary lighting technology, automated microclimate control, and drip irrigation, ensuring impeccable quality and high yields year-round.

The project was implemented with the support of the regional government. Total investment in the project exceeded 5.3 billion rubles. The company currently employs approximately 300 people.

The company "Homa" is a Russian developer and manufacturer of polymer dispersions and adhesive systems. The company has been in the chemical industry market since 1998. Today, the company's scientific activities are carried out by 2 scientific, 6 research centers and 4 specialized laboratories.

The company is actively expanding its production capacity. In 2017, an investment project was launched to expand its own production in Dzerzhinsk in the Nizhny Novgorod region In 2020, the subsidiary "Homa Adhesive" became a resident of the Kulibin SEZ, which ensured a reduction in income tax rates, as well as zero rates on property, land and transport taxes. The status of a "resident" is not only new production opportunities and investment on favorable terms, but also the establishment of cooperative ties between SEZ residents.

In 2021, the company launched the first site for the production of polyurethane adhesive systems used in the construction and automotive industries, the second site for the production of aqueous adhesives was opened in June, 2022. The total amount of investments in the project is about 318 million rubles, it is planned to create 160 new jobs.

Shakhunsky Dairy Plant is an enterprise with a long tradition and extensive experience in the production of dairy products, founded in 1971 in the north of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Today, the enterprise is a part of a modern, dynamically developing agroholding "RUSLAKTO", whose activities encompass crop farming, feed production, dairy farming and milk processing. The holding ranks among Russia’s largest dairy producers.

The annual volume of processing of dairy raw materials exceeds 220 thousand tons, and its own raw material base allows provide the plant with high-quality raw milk.

The enterprise is currently implementing a large-scale investment project, which implies the reconstruction of the existing complex and increasing the sustainability of production processes. The project is being implemented with state support. The holding is also actively expanding its production and warehousing facilities in Nizhny Novgorod and other regions.

The holding plans to further expand production, aiming to reach a milk processing capacity of 1,000 tons per day by 2030..

The company "RusSilika" is the only Russian manufacturer of environmentally friendly micronized silica gels and stable silica sols, which are in high demand in the chemical industry, paint and coatings production, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and other sectors.

In 2022, the company obtained resident status in the "Kulibin" special economic zone (SEZ) and began implementing a large-scale investment project to establish an import-substituting enterprise for the production of micronized silica gels and stable silica sols. The project includes two production lines with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons of silica gels and 6,000 tons of silica sols.

SEZ resident status enabled the company to reduce its tax burden, while support from the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the form of subsidies and assistance from the Industrial Development Fund has accelerated project implementation.

In June 2025, the plant was officially inaugurated. Total investment in the project amounted to 21 billion rubles, creating over 250 jobs. The plant's products have been included by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade in the list of priority projects for the production of low- and medium-tonnage chemical products.
