Universal investment proposal for tourist complex with modular houses was developed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region
The Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has developed the sixth universal investment proposal. It involves a project for constructing a tourist complex consisting of autonomous modular houses.
These proposals represent projects with precalculated parameters requiring minimal preparatory work from potential investors. This makes it possible to quickly launch the project and significantly reduce payback periods. Enhancing the quality of interaction with investors and providing them with support since 2025 are included in the objectives of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" initiated by President Vladimir Putin.
The project envisions building a tourist complex made up of autonomous modular houses, which are non-permanent structures whose autonomy is ensured by energy-saving technologies and resource provision systems. Specifically, they feature solar panels, rainwater collection tanks, and air circulation systems equipped with filters.
Three typical modifications of houses ranging from 23 to 70 square meters are available for installation. The minimum investment required to establish a complex of 25 units amounts to 127 million rubles, with a construction period starting from 12 months.
Among the distinctive features of the universal investment proposal for creating a tourist complex with modular houses are technological advancement, complete independence from communal infrastructure, versatility in floor plan design, possibility of location in remote areas, eco-friendly nature, and minimal carbon footprint.
Investors interested in implementing such a project may avail various forms of state support, including subsidized loans, grants, and tax benefits.
Director General of the Development Corporation Igor Ishchenko emphasized:
"The tourism industry in the Nizhny Novgorod Region is actively evolving, particularly with increasing popularity of outdoor recreation. Consequently, business interest in this sector is rising, and to simplify the process of realizing such projects, the Corporation has already introduced the fourth universal investment proposal specifically focused on tourism. Efforts to identify new investment niches continue regularly, thus enabling entrepreneurs to access additional universal investment offers in the future."
Previously, the Development Corporation had presented universal investment proposals related to creating a glamping hotel tourist complex, sports complex with climbing wall, smart modular sports complex, roadside service objects, and adapting cultural heritage properties for hospitality purposes within the region. Investors express significant interest in these "turnkey" offers. Currently, negotiations regarding site selection for several projects are ongoing, alongside consultative assistance being provided to business owners.
