Nizhny Novgorod Council for Land Relations approved applications for land plots for 20 projects

On May 28, 2025, the Council for Land and Property Relations under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved applications for the allocation of land plots for 20 projects.

“The total investment volume for the projects approved today is 2.7 billion rubles. Investors plan to create about 800 new jobs. Most of the projects are planned to be implemented in the areas of tourism, sports and industry,” said Egor Polyakov, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Thus, the council approved applications for land plots for the construction of a sports base in Dzerzhinsk (applicant – Affito-3 LLC, land area – 6,841 sq. m, construction period – 5 years, investment volume – 160 million rubles) and a year-round tourist and recreational complex in the format of a glamping park in the Gorodetsky district (Novaya Zemlya LLC, 37,500 sq. m, 5 years, 50 million rubles).

It is also planned to allocate land plots for an industrial complex for the manufacture of metal structures for the construction industry in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod (Avtomash LLC, 108,350 sq. m, 5 years, 500 million rubles), a complex for the production of frame-modular buildings in Arzamas (Metalsnab LLC, 8,632 sq. m, 5 years, 160 million rubles), furniture production on Kominterna str. in Nizhny Novgorod (Mon-Story LLC, 2,195 sq. m, 5 years, 90 million rubles), a plant for the production of prefabricated houses on Fedoseenko ster. in Nizhny Novgorod (Sfera Tekhnologiy LLC, 15,844 sq. m, 5 years, 167 million rubles), a workshop for the production of car trailers and vans in the area of ​​Larina str. in Nizhny Novgorod (Gruzovye Pritsepy LLC, 3,422 sq. m, 4 years, 100 million rubles).

In addition, applications for the allocation of a number of sites for projects in Dzerzhinsk have been approved. These include, in particular, a complex for the production of sheet metal parts for the automotive industry (Express Development LLC, 293,633 sq. m, 3 years, 93.6 million rubles), a workshop for the production of workwear (Tekhnosfera LLC, 9,979 sq. m, 5 years, 70 million rubles) and a production facility for the manufacture of modular houses (Plast-Service LLC, 20,665 sq. m, 5 years, 92 million rubles).

The Council also approved a land plot for the implementation of a project supported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. Fly LLC plans to build a glamping site in the Borsky District. The investment volume is 60 million rubles.

“Tourism in the Nizhny Novgorod Region is actively developing, so our portfolio currently includes many projects aimed at replenishing the number of rooms. In particular, to simplify their implementation, we have developed a ready-made solution for creating glampings. The Corporation's specialists assisted investors in preparing documents for the council and advised on government support measures, and in the future will provide all the necessary assistance to ensure that the projects are launched on schedule," said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.

You can submit an application for the selection of a land plot through the "Personal Account of the Investor" on the website of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. It was developed as part of the lean project "End-to-end Investment Flow", which, in turn, is being implemented within the framework of the regional investment standard. Its goal is to speed up the implementation of investment projects and reduce the number of documents requested from the investor at all stages.
