Universal investment proposal for the creation of roadside service facilities was developed in the Nizhny Novgorod Region
The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation developed its fifth universal investment proposal – a project for the creation of roadside service facilities.
These proposals represent projects with pre-calculated parameters that require minimal preparatory work from potential investors. This allows for rapid project implementation and significantly reduces payback periods.
The project may include the following facilities: fuel station (including connection to an existing station), vehicle service center with car wash, parking area, hotel with children's recreation area and cafe, medical post, retail store, etc. The project can be configured according to investor requirements. The minimum investment volume starts from 162.5 million rubles depending on configuration, with implementation period from nine months.
Key advantages of the project include year-round high demand for roadside services, project customization and phased implementation options.
Site requirements: land plot with an area of at least 5,000 sq.m, located along highways, with electricity supply capacity of at least 1 MW.
Investors can access various state support measures, including preferential loans, subsidies, and tax benefits.
Currently, over 10 land plots have been identified along major tourist routes in eight municipalities for such facilities.
"Investors are increasingly interested in creating roadside service points as automotive tourism grows. This universal proposal simplifies project implementation for entrepreneurs, making travel more comfortable. We will continue developing such universal solutions for regional investors," said Igor Ishchenko, Director General of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation.
Previously, the Corporation presented four universal investment proposals across tourism, sports, and cultural heritage sectors.
Nizhny Novgorod Region ranks second in the National Investment Climate Rating by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI).
